About PizTile
From precision tile to full remodeling.
We began with the most demanding surface in home construction. Today, we bring that same uncompromising standard to full kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
Our Background
Why we kept the name PizTile.
In home renovation, tile is the ultimate test of craftsmanship. It does not forgive an uneven subfloor, a crooked wall, or an improperly pitched shower pan. A layout that is two millimeters off at one corner becomes glaringly obvious across the room.
Because we mastered that level of precision in wet areas, kitchens, and stone surfaces, our residential clients began asking us to take responsibility for the entire space — demolition, framing, substrate leveling, cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures.
We chose to keep the name PizTile because it honors our foundation: remodeling grounded in structural discipline and millimeter-accurate execution.
Standards of Practice
What guides every project
We believe a successful remodel is built on clear communication, clean jobsites, and predictable schedules.
Substrate-First Integrity
We never tile or lay flooring over compromised substrates. Leveling subfloors, repairing framing, and applying continuous Schluter waterproofing ensures the job lasts for decades.
Clean & Respectful Sites
Most of our clients live in their homes during remodeling. We isolate work zones with dust barriers, protect transit paths, and leave the space swept and tidy at the end of each day.
Transparent Scope
No hidden surprises. Our estimates are itemized in writing with defined inclusions and realistic schedules. If an unexpected condition arises, we discuss it before spending money.
